How to Make Easy Gifs Using Your iPhone: 9 Steps

Ever wondered how to make animated images? A .GIF is a type of file (much like .JPEG, .PNG etc) that has the ability to flip through a series of pictures rather than just a single static one.
If you have an iPhone 4 or better, you can stop wondering and start pumping out some really cool animated GIFs! Pull out your phone and let's get started:
STEPS
1
ACCESS YOUR CAMERA APP FROM YOUR IPHONE. Don't forget that the latest operating system has the camera linked to the lock screen for your convenience.
2
HIT THE "OPTIONS" BUTTON AT THE TOP OF THE FEED.
_ 3 NEXT YOU WILL SEE THAT THE SWITCH LABELED HDR IS OFF. This stands for high dynamic range and will increase the quality of your photos (so it's a good idea to leave it on anyway).
4
TAKE PICTURES! Each time you snap a photo, two will be taken; one in standard definition and one in a high dynamic range.
5
WHEN YOU\'VE FINISHED PHOTOGRAPHING TO YOUR HEART\'S CONTENT, IT\'S TIME TO UPLOAD THE PHOTOS TO YOUR COMPUTER.
OPTIONAL_: Photoshop and edit the images to create cool effects, remove blemishes, etc.

6
IF YOUR PHOTOS ARE READY TO BE MADE INTO AN ANIMATION, HEAD OVER TO PICASION.com
7
BEGIN UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES IN THE ORDER THAT YOU WANT THEM TO APPEAR. Make sure to pair each normal definition photo with it's HDR counterpart.
8
AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, YOU CAN TINKER WITH THE SIZE AND SPEED OF THE GRAPHIC.
PRO TIP: A good looking .GIF animation usually flashes images in under a second. This means you need to toy around with numbers ranging anywhere from .01 to .99 under the advanced option.
9
HIT "CREATE ANIMATION" AND CONGRATULATIONS! You've made a .gif in no time!
TIPS
Getting different angles from shot to shot can make for a very dizzying effect in GIFs. Try and hold your iPhone as still as possible while taking pictures.
iPhone 4s will have better resolution images, so keep in mind those will take longer to upload!
WARNINGS
Do NOT upload more than 6-7 images or exceed the maximum file size. This will be the only way your image will fail to upload, so if you are wondering what's wrong - this is probably it! Since picasion is a free service, there are limits to how much data can be in your content.
