How to Set up an iPhone or an iPod Touch Using Imap (Exchange 2010)

This guide will show you how to set up an Iphone or an Ipod Touch with an Exchange 2010 account using IMAP.
STEPS

DEPENDING ON THE VERSION OF YOUR IPHONE OR IF YOU HAVE AN IPOD TOUCH, THE STEPS MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN THOSE MENTIONED BELOW.

ON THE START SCREEN OF YOUR DEVICE, PRESS SETTINGS.

SELECT MAIL.

IN ACCOUNTS, SELECT ADD ACCOUNT.

PRESS OTHER.

SELECT IMAP.

ENTER YOUR NAME IN THE NAME FIELD.

ENTER YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE ADDRESS FIELD.

ENTER A SHORT DESCRIPTION THAT BEST REPRESENTS YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE DESCRIPTION FIELD.

UNDER INCOMING MAIL SERVER, ENTER MAIL.plexhosted.com in the Host Name field, your primary email address in the User Name field and your Exchange account password in the Password field.

UNDER OUTGOING MAIL SERVER, ENTER SMTP.plexhosted.com in the Host Name field, your primary email address in the User Name field and your Exchange account password in the Password field.

NOTE: The default settings are correct and therefore there is no need for you to click on the Advanced button.

PRESS SAVE.
