GET ALL THE SONIC TOKENS AND COME IN 1ST - 3RD.

RACE METAL SONIC.

REPEAT STEPS 1-3 ON NEXT COURSE FOR: Tails Doll.

REPEAT STEPS 1-3 ON NEXT COURSE FOR: EggRobo.

REPEAT STEPS 1-3 ON NEXT COURSE FOR: Metal Knuckles.

COME IN FIRST ON EVERY RACE TO UNLOCK THE LAST COURSE.

COME IN FIRST ON THE LAST COURSE TO UNLOCK: Doctor Robotnik.

GO BACK AND DO ALL RACES, BUT GRAB ALL THE CHAOS EMERALDS AND COME IN FIRST: Super Sonic.
TIPS
There are no Chaos Emeralds on the last course.
You don't have to race Super Sonic or Eggman.
